By signing in to Kalyantracker (“the app”) you agree to these terms.
Access
The app is private. Signing in with Google creates an access request; the administrator may approve, deny or revoke access at any time without notice. You are responsible for activity under your Google account.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape the service at scale, or disrupt it.
- Do not redistribute the app’s data commercially.
Not investment advice
Content, prices, filings and indicators are provided for information only. They may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Nothing here is investment, tax or legal advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
Third-party data
Market data comes from third parties (such as Zerodha Kite, Yahoo Finance and NSE). Their terms apply to that data, and we do not guarantee its availability or accuracy.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Changes and termination
We may change these terms or discontinue the app at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
